Homeowner Spring Series

The Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Camden County has moved to the new Environmental Center in the Parks Building on Park Blvd. The Master Gardeners Program is offering a series of classes for homeowners this spring. The classes are $30 per session or $75 for all three. Sessions are from 7:00 until 8:30 pm.

February 7th Trees and Shrubs
Basic care of trees and shrubs in the home lawn and guidance on proper selection.

March 6th Perennials and Annuals
Selection and care of plants in our area.

April 3rd Lawns
Proper lawn care from seed selection to fertilization.

Registration is one week prior to each class. Payment is due upon registration. For more information please contact the Camden County Master Gardeners at 856-216-7130.

ESCA Membership Renewals

Membership renewals are due now. The cost is 15.00 per household and the membership is for one calendar year - Jan 1, 2011 through Dec. 31st 2012.

Your membership dollars help to fund the many events that make Erlton South so special like Halloween in the park, the Holiday Wine and Cheese, the Erlton Egg Hunt and the July 4th parade.

Holiday Decorating Contest

It is time to start decking your homes with boughs of holly! The annual Holiday Decorating Contest judging will be in a few weeks.

Our judges are Dennis and Nancy Corbett and Joan Harm. Be creative - we can't wait to see the neighborhood in lights.

The first, second and third place winners will each receive a festive floral arangement to enjoy over the holiday season.
